Meet The Founders

Tim and Tricia Dickey

Tim and Tricia Dickey are the husband-and-wife team behind eFinity Home Sales. Together, they bring a powerful blend of hands-on construction expertise and savvy business leadership.

Tim Dickey has over 21 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in everything from new home builds to full-scale remodels. He also has deep expertise in setting both manufactured and modular homes.
Tricia Dickey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UW-Parkside and has successfully managed several businesses from the ground up. Her background ensures smooth operations, excellent customer care, and efficient project management.

Together, Tim and Tricia combine craftsmanship and strategic management — a duo that sets eFinity Home Sales apart in the industry.

How It All Started

Our journey began in 2023 with the launch of Triple T Construction, named after our family trio: Tim, Tricia, and our son TJ. As licensed General Contractors and Manufactured Home Installers, we quickly gained a reputation for quality and dependability.

Soon, our customers began asking us not just to build and install homes — but to help them buy them too. This inspired the creation of eFinity Home Sales, a natural extension of our services, allowing us to offer complete solutions from purchase to setup.

What We Do

eFinity Home Sales, LLC is a licensed manufactured and modular home dealer in the State of Wisconsin. We offer:

Assistance with the purchase of manufactured and modular homes
A dedicated service department to support home installation and handle warranty or service needs
Accessory buildings through our partnership with Old Hickory Buildings, including:
- Sheds
- Greenhouses
- Chicken coops
- Outdoor entertainment structures

Our Team & Operations

eFinity Home Sales, LLC is a close-knit team built for flexibility and customer care:

Tim oversees field operations and project management with the help of two full-time employees.
Tricia manages office operations, sales, accounting, and serves as the main point of contact for our customers.

We also partner with Parrish & Freitag, Ltd. for expert accounting and tax services, ensuring our business operations are as solid as the homes we sell.
